A corporation shall be established with the following objects and purposes: a) identification of economic and social development opportunities and the preparation and amendment of an economic and social development strategy or plan for the parties to the agreement; b) establishment and maintenance of communications with the Government of Canada and the Government of Saskatchewan, and agenciesof those governments, to become aware of and utilize programmes of those governments and agencies that promote economic and social development in rural areas of Saskatchewan; c) the establishment and maintenance of communications with municipalities and other persons respecting economic and social development in rural areas of Saskatchewan.
