Ss 1–2 of this Act enter into force on 14 September 1994. Remaining provisions on 1 October 1994.
Abstract

This Act, consisting of 54 sections divided into eight Parts, aims at establishing QRAA primarily to administer assistance schemes that foster the development of a more productive and sustainable rural and regional sector in Queensland. It also applies for supporting the State’s economy by administering schemes to give assistance to primary producers, small businesses or other elements of the State’s economy.
