Abstract These Rules, based on the provisions of the Act on the promotion of harmonious regional development, specify the indicators and the method for calculating the development risk index for the programming period 2021-2027 and classify the development of Slovenian regions according to the level of development. Regulation (EC) No 1059/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 May 2003 on the establishment of a common classification of territorial units for statistics, as last amended by Commission Delegated Regulation 2019/1755 of 8 August 2019 amending the Annexes to Regulation (EC) No Regulation (EC) No 1059/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a common classification of territorial units for statistics.
