Abstract

These Rules are formulated in accordance with Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of the Environmental Pollution of Solid Wastes, aiming to prevent and control the environmental pollution of solid wastes, guarantee human health, and promote economic development. The Rules consist of 28 Articles.
