Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Canada Agricultural Products Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down rules of the Board of Arbitration for issues concerning food and agriculture to permit the fairest, least expensive and most expeditious way of resolving complaints. The text – consisting of 53 sections – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: interpretation, Rules of general application, complaint, disputing the complaint, intervention, consideration of complaint, decision of the Board.
