Abstract

These Rules are formulated in order to prevent the calamities of flood and typhoon, protect people’s life and the property of the state, collectives and individuals, and promptly organize the salvage and disaster relief. The Text consists of 39 Articles divided into 7 Chapters: General provisions; Salvage and Disaster Relief Organizations and Their Duties; Flood Monitoring and Precautionary Warning; Salvage and Disaster Relief; Maritime Salvage; Legal Liability; Supplementary Provisions.
