Abstract These Rules of Procedure, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Land Registry Law; and Law on state survey and real estate cadaster, are designated to regulates the competencies, mutual obligations, scope, manner of work and deadlines for performing activities in the national Joint Land Registry and Cadastre Information System. This text also specifies certain management and coordination rules that shall be applied when managing such information system.
