Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Natural Resources Conservation Board Act. In particular, the present Regulation lays down detailed rules of practice of the Natural Resources Conservation Board. Section 4 establishes that the Board, from time to time, may establish guidelines for specific types of projects that set out the type of information that should be included in an application in order to establish the detailed information required for the review of the project.
