Abstract These Rules amend the Rules for the Manufacture, Use, Import, Export and Storage of Hazardous Micro-organisms Genetically Engineered Organisms or Cells 1989 by, in pursuance of rule 20, exempting from the provisions of rules 7 to 11 an occupier of processed food derived from living modified organisms specified in the Table attached to the Rules.
