Abstract

This amendment to adds a clause to paragraph two in clause 3 of the Notification of the Department of Fisheries on Rules and Procedures for Vessel Monitoring System Installation and Maintenance in Monitoring Commercial Fishing Vessels to Function At All Time (4th Amendment) 2017: “In case a new or replaced vessel monitoring system has been installed after the force date of this Notification, the Fisheries Monitoring Center of the Department of Fisheries which be submitted the report of Vessel Monitoring System installation shall further proceed such report to the Port in-Port out Control Center in the competent area within twenty four hours so that inspection of its installation as well as locking and marking of the Vessel Monitoring System equipment as specified by this Notification”
