Long title
An Act to provide for the registration of rubber plantations and the proprietors thereof, for the control of the planting and replanting of rubber, the possession, sale and purchase of rubber, and the exportation of rubber seed and such parts of the rubber plants as are capable of being used for propagation, for the imposition of an export duty on rubber, for the establishment of a Rubber Advisory Board, and for matters connected therewith.

Abstract

The appointed Controller shall have all lands where rubber is cultivated and the landowners registered in a registrar; registered owners shall inform monthly the Controller on the rubber amount produced and sold in the prior month and on the rubber stock still in possession on the last day of the preceding month. The Controller shall grant permits for the planting or replanting of rubber to the landowners and licenses to dealer for selling rubber and to manufacturer for processing it. Exportation shall be carried out under a permit and an export tax levied.
