This Act enters into force 90 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Abstract

This Act consisting of 12 articles aims at regulating the trade in wildlife and wildlife products by the system of import/export permits according to the rules of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES).
