This Royal Decree enters into force on 15 December 1986.
Abstract

This Royal Decree is composed of 3 articles and includes two Annexes (A B). Article 1 authorizes the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources in accordance with Annex A. This Ministry is to pursue its objectives by its administration in accordance with its organizational structure. This is clarified in Annex B which is attached to this Decree. Annex B consists of a diagram presenting the different positions within the Ministry and their hierarchical structure.
