Abstract This Royal Decree is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 defines the area in the enclosed attachment as a nature reserve entitled “Omani Botanic Garden” belonging to the Diwan of Royal Court. The competent authorities are to expropriate land and buildings in order to establish the botanic garden in accordance with the provisions of the law of expropriation for public use (Royal Decree No. 64 of 1978).
