Abstract This Royal Decree is composed of 4 articles, an attached Law and two Appendices. Article 1 states that the provisions of the appended Law known as the Law on Nature Reserves and Wildlife Conservation shall have effect. Article 2 states that the Minister of Regional Municipalities, Environment and Water Resources shall issue the regulations and decisions necessary to implement the provisions of this Law. Until then the current regulations and decisions shall remain applicable in such a manner so long as they don’t contradict the provisions of this Law.
