The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

With this Decree the Pindus National Forest Park is established on the borders of Grevena and Ioannina Prefectures. The park is also known as Valia Kalda. The park consists of two distinguished areas, the high protection zone (core or nucleo zone) and the peripheral zone. The delimitation of those areas are described in the Decree. The flora species which may be collected within the core area of the park, according to article 4 of Mandatory Law No. 856/1937, are defined with Decrees approved by the Minister of Agriculture.
