Abstract This Royal Decree is composed of 6 articles. Article 1 provides for the creation of a Fund for the Agricultural and Fish Development with seat in the Province of Masqat, benefiting of a juridical person and financial and management autonomy. This Fund shall be under the control of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fish Wealth which has the competence to issue the implementing Regulations for this Law, and until that date the actual Resolutions and implementing Regulations shall be valid (art. 2). All assets and obligations of the Fish Resources Research Finance Fund shall pass and convert to the Fund for Agricultural and Fish Development (art. 3). The Head of the Board shall present a report, after two years from the date of entry into force of this Decree, to the Council of Ministries regarding the activities and the results of the operations and functions of the Fund (art. 4).
