Abstract This Royal Decree is composed of 4 articles and an attached Mining Law. Article 1 states that this Mining law shall be in force. The Minister of Commerce and Industry shall issue regulations and Decisions necessary to implement the provisions of this law. Until these are issued, the current Regulations and Decisions continue to be effective so long as they do not contravene the provisions of this law (art. 2).
