Abstract This Royal Decree is composed of 3 articles and amends the Regulation on the Protection of Agricultural Resources. Article 1 amends the first paragraph of article 3 of the Regulation as follows: “the concerned Person can complain and appeal to the Minister of Agriculture and Fish Resources against the decision provided for in the aforementioned article within 7 days from the date of the receipt of the request“.
