These rules are reproduced in the Schedule to this Proclamation. The rules divide the boundary river Torne in various areas and concern use of fishing gear, close seasons, prohibition of fishing for selected species, powers of the Boundary Rivers Commission established by the Agreement, powers of enforcement of Swedish officers and offences.
