This power may be exercised to grant: (a) immediate possession of the immovable; or (b) possession at a later date of the immovable, in accordance with article 3(3) and (3A) of the Loi concernant l’expulsion des locataires réfractaires as if the provisions of that Law applied to the Royal Court.
