These Regulations enter into force on 29 October 2014.
Abstract

These Regulations, consisting of eight Parts, provide for the protection of flora and fauna within the botanic gardens and for any other any activity related to the above mentioned protected areas (including camping, commercial activities, concession, etc.). The objectives of these Regulations are: to make provision for the care, protection, management and use of the botanic gardens and of other land managed by the Board; and to provide for any other matters required to be prescribed under the Royal Botanic Gardens Act 1991.
