Abstract

This Act provides for the application of Fiji Acts to Rotuma, and for various aspects relative to its administration and development. The Constitution of Council of Rotuma is established under section 12. The Council has regulation making powers as specified in section 16 but shall follow directions of the Minister of Fiji in administrative matters.
