Abstract

These Bye-laws, made by the Dominica Export and Import Agency as market authority for the Roseau market, concern the operation of that market, the hygienic handling of food and the granting of licences for stalls of the market, vending of food and the sale of fish outside the market. The market shall be managed by a market committee and a superintendent shall be charged with the general supervision of the market.
