Abstract The present Order implements the Farm Products Marketing Act (C.C.S.M. c. F47) and the Manitoba Vegetable Producers Marketing Plan Regulation (Man. Reg. 117/2009). In particular, the Regulation lays down the amount of fees to be paid by producers for carrots, onions, etc. Section 9 establishes that the fees imposed by this regulation are subject to the exemptions provided for in the plan.
