Abstract

The Forestry Police is an organization whose functions pertain to the enforcement of the regulations for the protection of forestry resources. The Forestry Police shall, among other matters: (a) protect the forestry resources; (b) carry out inspections of protected forest areas, wood processing factories, etc.; (c) periodically assess and evaluate the achievements of the execution of the Forestry Police. Article 3 establishes the powers of the Forestry Police related to the implementation of said objectives. Subsequent articles state the structure of the organization and the working regime of the Forestry Police.
