Abstract

These Regulations specify natural prawns and shrimps (whether fresh or preserved, dyed or natural colour) and any part of them, as baits and lures for the purpose of the definition of "rod and line" in section 24(1) of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries (Protection) (Scotland) Act 1951 (reg. 2). The use of prawns and shrimps is thereby prohibited in the River Tay Salmon Fishery District (reg. 3).
