Abstract

This Regulation, consisting of four Parts divided into eight sections, implements the River Improvement Trust Act 1940. It continues the delimitations of certain river improvements areas and trusts (Part 2) and regulates certain administrative matters related to the Act. The regulation is completed by one schedule that specifies the river improvement areas and trusts continued in existence.
