The Strategy classifies risks based on an assessment model that illustrates the relationship between the likelihood and severity of a hazard. Main goal of the Strategy is to put in place procedures and solutions applicable to face all the risks and threats that limit its ability to provide services and achieve its strategic goals, and to remain fully prepared to carry out its tasks in all natural or emergency conditions.
