Rights of Owners - Chapter 9 of 21 GCA “Real Property”.

This Chapter defines certain rights and owners of real property and tenants for life. The owner of a life estate may use the land in the same manner as the owner of a fee simple, except that he or she must do no act to the injury of the inheritance. Sections 2 and 3 of Article 1 define property rights of a Tenants for Years.
