Abstract

This Regulation, consisting of 66 sections divided into four Parts and completed by one Schedule, makes provision with respect to the following: the qualifications required by rice producers to be entitled to vote in a poll or election; procedural matters relating to the Board including the appointment of alternate members, the use of seals and the signing of documents; the form for a notice of claim against the Rice Marketing Board; objections to enrolment; etc.
