The Trustee may, subject to section 5 and of sections 4 and 6, in addition to using the Estates in the manner set out in the Will of Cecil John Rhodes, use portions of the Estates for agricultural purposes, including forestry, fisheries and the conservation or management of wild life and other purposes set out in section 5. The Trustee may grant such servitudes in respect of any portion of the Estates pursuant to section 7.
