Abstract The present Law lays down provisions relating to the maintenance, and waterworks of the Rhine, as well as to the water police. The “Rheinunternehmen”, a public entity , is established to: a) take appropriate measures in case of flooding; b)maintain waters, constructions and other facilities; c) construct a bridge; d) manage land.
