Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Water Law for Baden-Württemberg. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to navigating in adjacent waters to the Rhine. The text - consisting of 10 articles – deals with the following aspects: general provisions, maximum speed, navigation near rivers, protection of other water users, events, competences, penalties and entry into force.
