Abstract

Schedule I of the Restriction of Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations of 2004 is replaced by the schedule attached to these Regulations. The schedule specifies the applications of lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) which are exempt from the requirements prescribed by regulation 4(2).
