Abstract

Pursuant to the requirements established by Decision 2006/310/EC, Schedule I to the Restriction of Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations is replaced by the schedule attached to these Regulations. It concerns particularly lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ethers.
