This Act was proclaimed and came into force 9 February 2015.
Abstract

For the purpose of the present Act “restricted beverage” means a beverage obtained by the alcoholic fermentation of an infusion of barley malt and hops or of any similar products in drinkable water and containing 0.5% or less of proof spirits. The Act establishes that such beverages shall not be sold to minors. The text consists of 3 sections.
