Abstract

These Regulations provide that no person shall conduct a restaurant or food store unless registered with the Department of Public Health. In turn, no registration shall take place unless the requirements of these Regulations shall have been complied with, except if a special permission from the Department of Public Health has been obtained. Requirements formulated by these Regulations regard outfit of a restaurant or food store, sanitary norms, health conditions of personnel, storage of food, clothing, etc. Offences and penalties are prescribed. (12 regulations)
