In turn, no registration shall take place unless the requirements of these Regulations shall have been complied with, except if a special permission from the Department of Public Health has been obtained. Requirements formulated by these Regulations regard outfit of a restaurant or food store, sanitary norms, health conditions of personnel, storage of food, clothing, etc. Offences and penalties are prescribed.
