Abstract

These Regulations amend the Water Resources (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2003 so as to implement Council Directive 85/337/EEC in relation to water management projects for agriculture in England and Wales. They contain rules relative to the publication of notices on environmental statement of such projects and other matters relating to the public participation process.
