Abstract This Resolution, consisting of 6 articles and 2 Annexes, establishes new procedures for Environmental Licensing and Registration of Electrical substations. It lays down model form for Simplified Registration of Electrical substation (Annex II). The presentation of the Registry or the Simplified Registration duly completed and signed shall be binding on the environmental licensing processes that involve electrical substations according to the criteria set out in article 3. It defines as Electrical substations for the purposes of environmental licensing all facilities performing tranformation procedures voltage and/or power distribution in the Electric Power System (EPS). The designing of new electrical substations, as well as existing ones, should be adequate to the parameters set out in this Resolution as a requirement for the Environmental Licensing.
