This Resolution enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Resolution, consisting of 4 Chapters and 3 Annexes, establishes criteria and procedures for planting, harvest and sustainable exploitation of Brazilian forestry native species in the Atlantic Forest Biome within the State of São Paulo. It specifies requirements for the exploitation of native forest raw materials for use in the processing of products or by-products of natural Atlantic Forest Biome intended for marketing, such as fuelwood or processing of leaves, fruits and seeds, as well as the exploitation of raw native forest material for the manufacture of wooden artifacts for sale, among others, depending on the authorization of the Environmental Company of São Paulo - Cetesb, subject to the provisions of this Resolution.
