Abstract This Resolution, consisting of 10 articles and one Annex, establishes requirements and technical criteria for handling and disposal of empty packaging for pesticides. It specifies that shops or any other entity who has marketed pesticides in the State of Paraná, should provide to consumers (farmers) adequate bags suitable for pesticide packaging disposal through the destruction by incineration or other methods, (eg. flexible packaging and seed treatment).
