Abstract This Resolution, consisting of 11 articles and 5 Annexes, establishes standards for the production and marketing of plant propagating material. Every establishment that sells plant propagating material, hosting species of pests, in the territory of the State of Rio de Janeiro, is obliged to REGISTER in the Agency of Plant Health Protection (CDSV) of the Agricultural Protection State Secretariat. For selling establishment of plant propagating material is intended any trading company selling seedlings, bulbs, seeds, or plant parts used for plant propagation that may host notifiable pest species (PNC). Every establishment producing plant propagating material, hosting notifiable species of pests, within the State of Rio de Janeiro, is obliged to REGISTER in the Agency of Plant Health Protection (CDSV) of Agricultural Protection (SDA) of this State Secretariat.
