This Resolution enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Resolution SEAPEC, consisting of 5 articles, regulates all activities related to: entry in the State, trade and transit of plants, fruits, flowers and propagation material of species hosting citrus blackfly (Aleurocanthus woglumi) within the State of Rio de Janeiro. It establishes that it is mandatory to register in the official list of Quarantine Pests hosted in Brazil of the Plant Health Protection of the Superintendent of Agricultural Protection, the areas of fruit, flower and propagating material, except seeds and material in vitro, all species hosting citrus blackfly. In case of plant propagating material produced for own planting purpose, the producer must also be registered for the Coordination of Plant Protection Plant. Entry, transit and trade of these plant material hosting species of the Citrus Black Fly in Rio de Janeiro territory, are conditioned to Permit for Vegetables Transport PTV, based on the Phytosanitary Certificate of Origin CFO or Phytosanitary Certificate of Origin Consolidated CFOC.
