This Resolution enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Resolution, consisting of 9 articles, regulates the Project called "Terra Boa" related to the kit for beekeeping and subsidy for the project "Queen bees". This Project, creates the a financial support through subsidies for purchasing queen bees, to be granted under the programme "Terra Boa", and encouraging the acquisition of kits of equipment for installation or improvement of hives to meet farmers needs, in order to increase bee production in the State of Santa Catarina. The amount of the financial grants for purchasing selected queen bees are limited to R $ 37,258.40 (thirty-seven thousand two hundred and fifty-eight reais and forty cents). The beneficiaries of the programme are all farmers classified as family farmers, who are new beekeepers, who promote improved honey production on their property, domiciled in the State of Santa Catarina and who do not have debts with the State Department of Agriculture and Fisheries - SAR.
