Abstract

The present Resolution of the Council of Ministers, which is composed of two paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the national plan for waste management. The national plan is described in the Annex and is composed of the following main Sections: Introduction (sect. 1); Current legal and organizational state of wastes management in Poland (sect. 2); Diagnosis of the current state of wastes management, prognosis guidelines, specification of aims of wastes management, and foreseen tasks (sect. 3); Possibilities of gaining financial support for implementation of ventures foreseen in the national plan (sect. 4); Monitoring and evaluation system of the aims foreseen in plans of waste management (sect. 5).
