The CCSBT CDS incorporates CCSBT CDS documentation and tagging of SBT. This Scheme shall also apply to marine farms, which must be registered. The Resolution also concerns, among other things, verification of CDS Documentation, validation of CCSBT CDS documentation, tagging of whole SBTs, Members, Cooperating Non-Members and OSECs shall not permit the landing as domestic product, transhipment, import, export and/or re-export of SBT caught by vessels not authorised to catch SBT and (if SBT farming is conducted under their jurisdiction) the transfer of SBT to or between, and harvest of SBT from, farms not authorised to farm SBT. CCSBT CDS Documents that record information for vessels and/or farms not included on the above-mentioned authorised registers shall not be considered valid Documents for the purposes of this scheme.
