Several workin groups are established within the framework of Governmental Resolution of Kyrgyz Republic No. 241, 24 July 1996 for coordination of the activity of ministries, administrative bodies and local state enterprises and control of works of projects in the sphere of agriculture and with a view to the design of action plan on program of further development and deepening of land-agrarian reform and concrete working programs on reorganization and strengthening of functional abilities of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
