The Heads of oblast and rayon state administrations and aiyl okmotu shall ensure organization of offices in rural areas, providing agrochemical services to rural manufacturers. The Ministry of Agriculture and Water shall within one month submit to the Government proposals on formation of the National Committee for Testing and Registration of Chemical and Biological Plant Protection, and Growth Regulators of Agricultural Plants and Forests and shall within one week present to the State Customs Inspectorate at the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic the list of means of plant protection permitted in the Kyrgyz Republic. The Government Customs Inspectorate shall ensure the strict control over the imported plant protection substances in compliance whith the List presented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Water.
