This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Resolution, consisting of 4 articles, aims at regulating breeding activities in captivity or artificial reproduction in Qatar. Art. 1 indicates the exceptions to the prohibition on pursuing activities of captive breeding and artificial breeding of wild animals listed in the Annex to the Law No. 5 of 2006. Art. 2 prohibits import, export, re-export and sale of wild animals or ornamental birds or reptiles without obtaining a certificate of registration from the Executive Administration, providing timing and procedures. Art. 3 regulates the activities of transit and discharge of samples.
